Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANTHANAM RAJESHKUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.11351 of 2022 on 28.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is pending.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.11351 of 2022 on 28.06.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 29/07/2022 / TRUE COPY / /08/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
