O R D E R

The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. According to the petitioner, the second respondent said to have given a complaint against the petitioner regarding civil dispute. Now, based on that, the first respondent police harassing the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, the first respondent police has conducted an enquiry and closed the complaint as civil dispute.

4. Considering the fact that already the complaint given by the

second respondent has been enquired into and closed as civil dispute, no further order is necessary in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
