CRL MP(MD) No.6915 of 2021 Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.BANUMATHY, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the Court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)Nos. 5072 & 5073 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.8508 of 2021, dated 27.07.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 09.08.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission are admitted by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail, the condition are fully relaxed. 5.The petitions are ordered accordingly.
