Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4.

2. The petitioner alleges that in survey No.336/7, there are encroachments. Though it is not a water body, it has been classified as cart track. The authorities have initiated action to remove the encroachment.

3. We direct the Tahsildar, Ottapidaram to take the process to its logical conclusion by adhering to due process of law. This writ 2/4
