The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that they have conducted a petition enquiry as against this petitioner in CSR.No.254 of 2024 and the same was closed on 24.05.2024. Further, he submits that another complaint has been forwarded on the same set of facts on 17.06.2024 and the same is now pending.
3. Considering the fact that the earlier complaint as against the 2/4
petitioner on the same set of facts in CSR NO.254 of 2024 was already closed, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The respondent police shall not harass the petitioner.
