The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 05.04.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that a case has been registered as against the petitioner and as a counter-case, he has lodged a complaint and the same was closed.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
