[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents not to open TASMAC Shop No.4846 in R.S.No.275/10, Attoor Village, Kalkulam Taluk, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General has represented to the effect that there is no proposal to run a TASMAC Shop No.4846 in R.S.No.275/10, Attoor Village.

3.Considering the representation made on the side of the second respondent, this writ petition is totally unwarranted and therefore the same deserves to be dismissed.
