ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw the objection letter dated 24.09.2021 sent to the third respondent and to issue a NOC to the petitioner based on the representations dated 16.12.2021 and 20.12.2021 in respect of the land in S.Nos.626/2 (2.31 acres), 640/2A (1 acre), 641/1A (0.95 acres), and 642/2 (1.44 acres), totaling 6.10 acres, situated in Kulavanigarpuram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, within the time fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and his sister are owners of the subject property. The petitioner submitted representations dated 16.12.2021 and 20.12.2021 requesting issuance of a No

Objection Certificate (NOC) in respect of land in S.Nos.626/2 (2.31 acres), 640/2A (1 acre), 641/1A (0.95 acres), and 642/2 (1.44 acres), totaling 6.10 acres, situated in Kulavanigarpuram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk. Despite the representations, the respondents 1 and 2 issued an objection letter dated 24.09.2021 to the third respondent. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to withdraw the objection letter and issue the NOC within the time fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representations of the petitioner dated 16.12.2021 and 20.12.2021 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed on merits and in accordance with law.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 16.12.2021 and 20.12.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
