O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the defacto complainant seeking for earlier completion of investigation in Crime No.634 of 2022 on the file of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 506(ii) and 379 IPC.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondent submits that so far nine witnesses were examined and the investigation is in the final stage and the respondent Police would complete the investigation as quickly as possible.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the official respondent, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
