Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to return the original 10th and 12th mark sheets and 12th Transfer Certificate and community certificate of Minor Easwari and to reimburse the fee of Rs.65,500/- (Capitation fee of Rs.30,000 and course fee of Rs.35,500/-) collected by the second respondent.
