ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing under the caption " Extendsion of Time " on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 26.07.2024 and upon requisition letter received from the District Munsif, Sivagangai in D.No.Nil, Dated 04.07.2025, forwarded by the Principal District Judge, in Lr.D.No.4869, Dated 09.07.2025 seeking further time of extention, this Court made the following order:

By order dated 26.07.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the final decree application in I.A.No.342 of 2011 in O.S.No.46 of 2003 within a period of seven months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No.nil dated 04.07.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order dated 26.07.2024, made in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the Court below for extension of time, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 26.07.2024.
