ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a contempt petition for violation of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.10012 of 2015 dated 21.06.2016 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
