ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Kovilpatti to expedite the proceedings pending in C.C.No.119 of 2016 and to dispose of the case within the time frame that may be specified by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 3.The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

4.Under such circumstances, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.119 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
