Respondent/Complainant Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the order of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.MP.No.1208 of 2022, dated 05.07.2022, to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the Pudukottai Town Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders. ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SANTHANAM RAJESHKUMAR.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking modification of the conditional order, dated 05.07.2022 passed in Crl.MP.No.1208 of 2022 on the file of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur, by which, the petitioner was ordered to comply with the conditions ie., the petitioner should appear and sign before the respondent Police station daily at 10 a.m until further orders.

2.Originally, the petitioner was released on bail as per the order of learned Principal Sessions Judge, Karur in Crl.M.P.No.1208 of 2022, dated 05.07.2022. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner being a lady, she is not in a position to comply with the condition. Hence, prays for modification. 3.Admittedly, the petitioner was released on lower Court bail and for any modification, she has to approach the concerned Court. Without approaching the concerned Court, she cannot directly seek direction from this Court.
