The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking to direct the respondents herein to consider his withdrawal letter dated 02.09.2015 to drop his resignation dated 22.8.2015 and consequently permit the petitioner herein to discharge his work with all service benefits.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the writ petitioner was subsequently relieved from the post and thereafter, yet another person was appointed in the said post. 3.In view of the above submission, recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
