ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd & 3rd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that because of contract arrangement that was made between the petitioner and the 4th respondent a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- remains to be paid to the 4th respondent. During the course of enquiry, the petitioner also appeared and gave an undertaking that he will give the remaining amount in two installments.

3. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that only a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- due to be paid by him to the 4th respondent.

4. On the basis of the undertaking given by petitioner a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- to be paid to the 4th respondent in two installments i.e., a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- on 20.01.2023; Rs.2,50,000/- on 30.03.2023, but the same has not been complied by him.

5. Since it is a contract issue between the employer and employee and that the enquiry was closed in view of the undertaking given by the petitioner, let the above said process be resolved by the parties through civil Court procedure.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
