Respondent/Respondent/Landlord/Decree Holder PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town in I.A.No.182 of 2014 in R.C.O.P.No.18 of 2013 vide order dated 06.02.2015 and set aside the same and consequently allow the aforesaid delay condonation petition and further direct the said learned Judge to deal with the petitioner's set aside petition filed against the order in R.C.O.P.No.18 of 2013 dated 20.12.2013 passed by him in accordance with law.

ORDER
********* The revision petitioner is actually a sub-tenant. The eviction proceedings have already attained finality. This Court had granted six months time in the month of March, 2018. Further extension of time was given up to 01.09.2018. That period also expired. No further indulgence can be shown to the revision petitioner. However, the landlord comes forward to grant extension of time by a few more weeks.
2. Therefore, the petitioner is permitted to occupy the premises in question till 21.10.2018. On the same day the key shall be handed over to the landlord. It is made absolutely clear that no extension of time application will be entertained. If the petitioner does not hand over the possession of the premises in question to the landlord on the evening of 21.10.2018, it is open to the counsel for the landlord to make a mention before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the revision petitioner. The revision petitioner undertakes to vacate the premises and handover the key to the landlord on or before 21.10.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs.
