O RDER This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.7 of 2018, on the file of the first respondent police.

On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over and a final report was filed, on 15.11.2022 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.569 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the case was adjourned to 09.05.2023, for framing charges.

3. In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
