ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action on the petitioner's representation, dated 31.05.2022 and consequently to direct the third respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute by threatening the petitioner to hand over the property in Survey No. 243/11 measuring 34.50 acres situated in Nelkattumseval Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District to the fourth respondent.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that due to civil dispute, the petitioner gave a representation, dated 31.05.2022, to the respondent police. But, till now no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the then Inspector of Police/third respondent was transferred to some other Police Station and now, new Inspector of Police has been joined in Puliangudi Police Station.

4.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed with a direction to the Inspector of Police, Puliangudi Police Station, not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent. No costs. 26.07.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No lr 3/4
