O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif), Dindigul to dispose the H.R.C.O.P.No.39 of 2006 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/landlord has filed a petition in H.R.C.O.P.No.39 of 2006 for directing the respondent/tenant to delivery possession of the property to the petitioner. The learned counsel would further submit that the respondent herein has filed an application in I.A.No.49 of 2014 to mark the copy of lease deed and the same was dismissed by the learned Rent Controller. As against which, the respondent filed C.R.P(MD).No.790 of 2017 and the same was also dismissed by this Court. Thereafter, I.A.No.76 of 2018 was filed, in which, the respondent time and again seeking adjournment stating that the S.L.P petition is to be filed as against the order passed in C.R.P(MD).No.790 of 2017. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent neither proceeding further nor informing the S.L.P. Number for one reason or the other, the case is being adjourned from time to time. C.R.P.No.1301 of 2019 H.R.C.O.P.No.39 of 2006. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition for early disposal of the case in H.R.C.O.P.No.39 of 2006.

3. Since this Civil Revision Petition is filed for early disposal of the case in H.R.C.O.P.No.39 of 2006, no notice is necessary to the respondent herein.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the rent control proceedings is pending from the year 2006, this Court feels that ends of justice would be met by directing the Court below to dispose of the case within a time frame. Without adverting to the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the Rent Controller (District Munsif), Dindigul to dispose the case in H.R.C.O.P.No.39 of 2006 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
