Prayer :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the final report as far as the petitioners are concerned in P.R.C. No. 107 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli Distirct.

ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "FOR EXTENSION OF TIME " and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 27.07.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor in D.No.2275/2023 dated 03.08.2023 through the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli in D.No.2340/2023, dated 08.08.2023, seeking further extension of time of three months for disposal of the case in P.R.C. No. 107 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli Distirct, this Court made the following order:- Today, this Criminal Original Petition is listed under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in P.R.C.No.107 of 2017. 2.This Court has already disposed of the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 27.07.

2022 and directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor to commit the case in P.R.C.No.107 of 2017 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted

for disposing of P.R.C.Nos.69 and 78 of 2022 and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
