ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A-1 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 408, 465, 468, 471, 477-A, 120(B) of I.P.C. in Crime No.03 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A-1 is the Secretary in Musiri Saraga Co-operative Society. While he was working as a Secretary in that Society, A-2 is the President of the same society. The first accused misappropriated a sum of Rs.11,30,872/- (Rupee eleven lakhs thirty thousand eight hundred and seventy two only) in the said society. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after enquiry, the petitioner deposited a sum of Rs.5,80,000/- (Rupees five lakhs eighty thousand only) to the credit of the society. Therefore, asfar as the petitioner is concerned, he deposited a sum of Rs.5,80,000/- (Rupees five lakhs eighty thousand only). Therefore he will also abide by any condition to be imposed by this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that a sum of Rs.11,30,872/- (Rupee eleven lakhs thirty thousand and eight hundred and seventy two only) was misappropriated by A-1 and A-2, in which, the petitioner (A-1) deposited a sum of Rs.5,80,000/- (Rupees five lakhs eighty thousand only). Asfar as A-2 is concerned, he is not yet arrested.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court,Musiri and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
6.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
