Upon the death of the writ petitioner, his legal heirs have filed this miscellaneous petition for substitution.

2. On examining the death and legal heirship certificates and being satisfied that the miscellaneous petitioners are the legal heirs, this petition for substitution is allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the Registry is directed to carry out the amendments in the main writ petition.
