Already this Court dismissed the Criminal Original Petition for non-prosecution on 28.06.2018. The present petition has been filed to restore the same.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that after completion of the investigation the Crime No.212 of 2012 has been closed. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.
