This petition is filed to amend the satisfaction Court name as District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Singampunari, instead of learned Judicial Magistrate VI, in criminal original petition and order copy in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9657 of 2026 dated 20.05.2026.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for State of Tamil Nadu (Crl.side).

3.Accepting the reason, this amendment petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry-out the necessary amendment and issue a revised order copy to the parties.
