ROC.No.508/2013/E1 by his proceedings dated 01.03.2017 relevant to the notification in Na.Ka.No.508/2013/E1 dated 11.01.2016 in respect of Construction of Fish Market (TS No.559 Ward No.2 Block No.18) at Kalanivasal Road, Karaikudi Municipality and quash the same and consequently direct them to re-open the same by giving opportunity to the petitioner.
