ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.360 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police has conducted the investigation and closed the same as "Mistake of fact". The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) also submitted that RCS notice has been served on the de facto complainant. 4.Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner/de facto complainant would submit that no RCS notice has been served on the de facto complainant.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) had handed over the closure report to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy by filing a protest petition before the appropriate Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
