ORDER
This Writ Petition filed to direct the respondents to quash the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.544/SDOC/Camp/2023 dated 10.06.2023 and direct him to grant permission for the same on 24.06.2023 or any other subsequent date as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation to conduct protest against the Police, since no proper action has been taken against the complaints given by the various persons. They proposed to conduct protest tomorrow (24.06.2023) and the above said representation is kept pending.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor and as well as the officer from the third respondent submitted that three complaints have 2/4
been given by the party people and the above said complaints are under enquiry. Further action will be taken on the complaint as per procedure. Further submitted that in the above said Police Station, twenty complaints are pending at the enquiry stage. They registered totally 295 cases so far.
4. Based on the above said undertaking given by the third respondent, the petitioner will submit that he will withdraw the above said proposed protest.
5. Inspite of the above said development, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
