This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the FIR and to file a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri to compliance with its order in Cr.M.P.No.4736 of 2019 dated 07.11.2019 within a stipulated time. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that in compliance of the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.4736 of 2019, enquiry was conducted and FIR has been registered against the two accused persons in Crime No.1735 of 2020, dated 26.11.2020 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) I.P.C.
