ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition listed on this day and upon perusing the earlier orders of this Court dated 26.06.2023 and 25.02.2025(made in Crl MP(MD) No.2057 of 2025), the report received from the chief Judicial Magistrate, 1/3

Tiruchirappalli vide letter in D.No.683/2025, dated 05.03.2025, this Court made the following order:

"This Court has perused the report submitted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy.

2. In the report, it is seen that P.W.2 was cross-examined on 03.03.2025. P.W.1 was cross-examined on 04.03.2025. P.W.5 and P.W.7 were cross-examined on 05.03.2025. P.W.8 was cross-examined on 06.03.2025 through video-conferencing. It is further seen that the case is posted today for further proceedings.

3. In view of the above development, no further direction is required to be passed in this case. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy is directed to dispose of the case in S.C.No.181 of 2019 in accordance with the law.

4. The report submitted by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Trichy has been recorded before this Court."
