The petitioner with a grievance that the persons, who were appointed by him for safeguarding his properties /the respondents 3 to 7 have attempted to lease out the same, without his consent and when it was questioned by the petitioner, they went to an extent of assaulting him, has filed this petition, seeking police protection to him and his properties, by considering his complaint, dated 22.04.2025. 2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2. 3.It appears that the dispute is purely civil in nature. Therefore, the petitioner has to work out his remedy before the appropriate civil Court. This Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
