2. The petitioner has submitted an application for issuance of license to quarry rough stone / gravel in the petition mentioned lands.

3. The learned Government Pleader states that the first respondent shall pass order on the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks.

4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
