ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3562 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.530 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3562 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.530 of 2025, dated 18.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on hearing dates. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
