Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.10/Ka.Aa.A/Ka.Va/17 dated 17.03.2017 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents herein to grant permission and adequate police protection for conducting Light Music on the eve of Arulmigu Thirukavudaiyar Sastha Kovil Panguni Uthiram festival on 09.04.2017 situated at Indhamkattalai Village.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for records relating to the rejection order dated 17.03.2017 passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.10/Ka.Aa.A/Ka.Va/17 and quash the same and also for giving necessary permission to conduct Innisai Katcheri in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus.

2.Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.It is seen from the records that the petitioner has given a representation, but the same has been rejected by the second

respondent simply on the ground of law and order problem. Further it is seen from the requisition that the programme of Innisai Katcheri is going to be conducted between 10.00 a.m. and 15.00 p.m. 4.Considering the hours mentioned in the requisition and also considering the reason given by the second respondent, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

5.In fine, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation by way of changing the time and the second respondent is directed to look into and dispose of the same within a period of two days. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
