ORDER

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking a direction directing the respondent to dispose the appeals dated 28.03.2016, 29.03.2016, 29.03.2016 , 31.03.2016, 04.04.2016, 31.05.2016, 21.07.2016, 22.07.2016 and 22.07.2016 filed by him under the Right to Information Act 2005, within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned standing counsel for the respondent. 3.Without going into the merits of the case, the respondent/Commission is directed to dispose of all the appeals filed by the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and others concerned. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
