O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to execute sale deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of Flat No.E-302, Anna Nagar, Madurai, by considering his representation, dated 05.03.2016 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, a flat bearing Flat No.E302 in Anna Nagar to an extent of 263 sq.ft by allotment letter, dated 17.05.1988, was allotted to him and he has paid the entire cost of the flat. Despite the same, the respondent has not executed the sale deed. Hence, he made a representation to the respondent on 05.03.2016. So far no order has been on the representation, he has filed the present Writ Petition. 3.Taking into consideration of the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner has already paid the entire sale consideration, the respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
