O R D E R
This writ petition has been field seeking for a mandamus to direct the second and third respondents to disburse the salary of the petitioner from 10.01.2021 onwards.

It is now brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that a proposal has already been sent by the third respondent School to the District Education Officer / second respondent on 11.04.2025 seeking disbursement of salary for the petitioner for the period from 10.01.2021 to 06.12.2022. The said proposal is kept pending by the second respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will be satisfied for the present, if a direction is issued to the second 2/5
respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the proposal dated 11.04.2025 sent by the third respondent to the second respondent seeking disbursement of the salary to the petitioner for the period from 10.01.2021 to 06.12.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the proposal of the third respondent school to the second respondent. It is for the second respondent to consider the proposal on merits and in accordance with law. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the proposal of the third respondent dated 11.04.2025 referred to supra within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Accordingly, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the proposal of the third respondent dated 11.04.2025 seeking disbursement of the salary to the petitioner for the period from 10.01.2021 to 06.12.2022 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
6. In terms of the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
