ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner, directing the first respondent to expedite the enquiry on the application submitted by him, dated 14.12.2015 under Sections 82 and 83 of the Registration Act.

2.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that already enquiry was over and the first respondent has also passed an order and he has also produced the copy of the same.

3.In the above circumstances, since the first respondent has already passed an order, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition and the first respondent is directed to give a copy of the order to the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
