For Respondent : Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.894 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused apprehending arrest for the offences under Sections 406, 465, 468 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.894 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has received a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- from the defacto complainant for arranging a job to his son in Kovilpatti Municipality and issued a fake appointment order. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that there is no document is available to prove the fact that the defacto complainant gave Rs.2 Lakhs to the petitioner, the defacto complainant alone forged the document and lodged the false complaint against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit the petitioner has collected more than 2 lakhs from defacto complainant for arranging Government Job in the Kovilpatti Municipality Service Department and thereafter, he neither arranged any job nor returned the money and also submitted that the investigation is yet to be completed.

5. Taking into consideration the allegations and also the fact that the investigation is at the initial stage and the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is essential, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
