The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b) (ii) (B) of NDPS Act 1985, in Crime No.332 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.08.2018, based on the secret information, the defacto complainant, who is the respondent police had seized 1250 gms of Kanja and Rs.600/- from the first accused. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4.On earlier occasion, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner on 06.09.2018. Now, there is no change of circumstances.

5.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
