Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2025 and to direct the respondents to ensure that no one restrain the petitioner and 40 other families to perform the fundamental right to worship enshrined by the constitution and particularly direct the respondent No.3 to implement the 1/5

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 22.05.2025 and to direct the respondents to ensure that no one restrain the petitioner and 40 other families to perform the fundamental right to worship enshrined by the constitution and particularly direct the respondent No.3 to implement the Peace Committee Decision, dated 18.06.2022 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner and 40 other family members have been discriminated in the village.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the learned Special Government Pleader submits that there is no such discrimination in the village. He would further submit that the organizers are willing to receive the Tax from the petitioner and other family members and therefore, there is no discrimination in the village. If anybody is practising such discrimination in the village, those persons would be dealt with by the respondents.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public prosecutor and the learned Special Government Pleader that there is no discrimination practice in the village and the organizers of the temple festival are also willing to receive the tax from the villagers and to allow the petitioner to participate in the temple festival, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
