This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to directing the respondents 2 and 3 to take appropriate action upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.12.2020 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court 2.Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that so far no complaint has been received by the respondent police.

4.In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to give fresh complaint with regard to his grievance to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to receive the said complaint and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance wth law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
