ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Palani, to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.31 of 2022 within a stipulated period that may be fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. The respondents herein filed an appeal suit in A.S.No.31 of 2022 before the learned Principal Sub Judge, Palani, against the order passed by the learned Principal Munsif, Kodaikanal in O.S.No.184 of 2007. The petitioner herein is the fourth respondent in the above said appeal suit.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.31 of 2022 within a reasonable time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the considered opinion that without going into the merits of the case, it would be suffice to issue a direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Palani, to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.31 of 2022, after affording an opportunity to the respondents as expeditiously as possible as per seniority of the case.
