ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondent No. 1 and 2 for pleased to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and his family members by considering the petitioner's representation on 05/07/2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.11.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry in C.No.51 of 2019 was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, it was found that due to political issue a false case has been given by the petitioner with the exaggerated facts. So it was closed on 24.07.2019. Since the representation has been closed, the petitioner has to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. The petition has become infructuous.
