2.Today(25.07.2023), when this Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not properly instructed him. He further submits that a Review application has been filed by one Koman in Review Appl No.41 of 2022 in WP(MD) No.1188 of 2022 and the same was allowed by this Court on 06.04.2023. 3.In view of the subsequent development, this contempt petition is closed.
