ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court that his complaint dated 07.04.2025 has not been enquired by the respondents. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was initiated in CSR.No.331 of 2025. According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint does not constitute any offence that would attract SC/ST Act. They have also issued summon to the petitioner, however, the petitioner has not appeared and therefore, they are not in a position to take a decision on his complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is prepared to co-operate for the enquiry. 4.In view of the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to appear before the third respondent Police on 19.06.2025 and furnish 2/4
the details whatever in support of his complaint. The third respondent is directed to register a case, if any criminal offence is made out. 5.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
