ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order in Ma. 2A10/00198/2016 dated 10.03.2016, issued by the 2nd respondent and direct the respondents to repay the penalty amount Rs.12,700/- to the petitioner which was levied by the 2nd respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.07.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 01.08.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in person or through Counsel, despite the fact that the matter is specifically listed today under the caption 'for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dismissal'. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
