On instructions, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the debarring order passed by the respondent university has not been given effect to in view of the withdrawal of the termination order and no longer the the said debarring order is in force. Therefore it is not given effect to from 2020-2021.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the counsel for the respondent, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
