ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that as per order of this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.1228 of 2022 on 25.01.2022, interim stay was granted to the petitioner to stay all further proceedings of the impugned FIR in Crime No.16 of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police.

2.Based upon the decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court in 2009(8) SCC 751 in Mohamed Ibrahim Vs State of Bihar, stay has been granted by this Court. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes unnecessary. After the disposal of above said petition, if any trouble arise, the petitioner can very well revive this anticipatory bail petition.
