This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 7 based on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.05.2025. 2.Today, the Block Development Officer, Ammapettai Taluk and the Tahsildar, Ammapettai Taluk are present before this Court. They have also filed a report as directed by this Court earlier. 2/5

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court earlier, an enquiry was conducted and the respondents have taken action. 4.Heard the learned Counsel for the respondents 3 to 7. 5.In view of the subsequent development, this Court is of the view that no further directions need to be issued to the respondents. Thus, the prayer has become infructuous.
